Booking Policy
You can book a Spa treatment together with your stay at the time of reservation. You will just have to present yourself at the Spa upon arrival to book your preferred date and schedule.

Cancellation Policy
Please note that no refund will be made if treatment is not consumed.

Other Services
The Spa offers other treatments such as Manicure and Pedicure, available only on site.  As the Spa is temporarily relocated at a new premises, the following treatments are currently not available until futher notice:  Thermal mud wrap, Seaweed body wrap, Royal back treatment (with mud), Detox back treatment (with mud), Spa Maya treatment and Indonesian Lulur.
